We have been asked by the CEO of a mid-sized, manufacturer based in Menomonee Falls to recruit an early career CPA or a current CPA candidate with 2-5 years of total experience to join its team. This is a “next step” high profile, hands on, generalist opportunity, contemplating advancement into greater leadership responsibilities having significant strategic impact.

The company has well established Milwaukee roots and is financially solid, selling its capital goods throughout the US, Canada and Mexico in complement to 4 worldwide sister divisions, which comprise a business unit of a $1.5B foreign-based, diversified corporate parent. The preferred candidate will have a background in manufacturing-based financial reporting and/or a strong audit background. While not necessary to possess at this time, valued added exposure or experience would include: Hyperion consolidation; International transactions, reporting standards and monetary conversions; ERP upgrades and IT support; multi-state tax; staff training/mentoring; and manufacturing assistance/analysis. Non-CPA’s with an Masters in Accounting, MBA or comparable advanced credentials will also be given serious consideration. The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, personal flexibility, proven integrity/values and a strong team commitment.
